Kory Anderson
CEO, Anderson Foundries
Kory Anderson is the CEO of Anderson Foundries and the driving force behind the company's growth from a single iron foundry into a multi-operation American manufacturing network. Under his leadership, Dakota Foundry has won the AFS Casting of the Year award twice, been named to Fast Company's Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Manufacturing, and been recognized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as a CO-100 honoree.
Kory is a frequent speaker on American manufacturing, workforce development, and industrial innovation. He has been featured on Fox Business, in Casting Source, and across national media as a voice for the future of domestic production.
Ali Anderson
Co-Owner, Anderson Foundries & Made by Anderson
Ali Anderson is a co-owner of Anderson Foundries and the founder of Made by Anderson, the brand and storytelling arm of the Anderson family of companies. She leads marketing, communications, and brand strategy across the network — helping tell the story of American manufacturing to a broader audience.
Ali is a speaker, advocate, and entrepreneur who brings a distinct perspective to the intersection of manufacturing, brand, and culture. She has spoken at national conferences and appeared alongside Kory in media coverage of the Anderson Foundries story.

Founded 1977
Dakota Foundry
Webster, South Dakota
Founded in 1977, Dakota Foundry has built nearly five decades of experience producing high-quality gray and ductile iron castings in northeast South Dakota.
Today, the foundry serves customers across the United States with castings ranging from small components to large parts weighing up to 5,000 pounds. Its core strengths include no-bake and air-set molding, rollover work, metallurgical control, and the ability to support complex, lower-volume industrial castings.
Dakota Foundry became part of the Anderson family of companies in 2014 and remains the foundation of the Anderson Foundries network. Continued investment in equipment, engineering, process improvement, and workforce development has helped position the operation for the next generation of American manufacturing.

Muncie Castings
Muncie, Indiana
Muncie Castings is an established aluminum foundry serving OEM and industrial customers from the heart of Indiana's manufacturing corridor.
Acquired by Anderson Foundries in 2025, the company expands the network's capabilities into precision aluminum casting and provides customers with access to no-bake and air-set molding, shell cores, heat treatment, finishing, inspection, and production support.
The Muncie operation is ISO 9001:2015 certified and is focused on combining responsive customer service with disciplined quality systems and reliable production. Its location also gives Anderson Foundries a strong manufacturing presence in the Midwest and closer access to customers throughout the eastern United States.

Spartan Pattern
Lakeside, Montana
Spartan Pattern was launched in Montana to strengthen the front end of the casting process and give Anderson Foundries greater control over patternmaking, tooling, engineering, and prototype development.
The team designs and builds production-ready patterns, core boxes, and foundry tooling using modern CAD/CAM systems, CNC machining, MAGMA simulation, and 3D sand printing.
By combining pattern engineering with foundry experience, Spartan Pattern helps customers move from concept to casting more efficiently while reducing risk before production begins. The operation supports both Anderson Foundries customers and external manufacturing projects.

The knowledge required to produce great castings has been passed from one generation of foundrymen and women to the next. Anderson Foundries believes we have a responsibility to keep that knowledge — and the opportunities it creates — alive.
That is why we proudly support Iron Warrior Academy, a nonprofit organization founded in 2019 by our CEO, Kory Anderson. The Academy provides hands-on training, mentorship and real-world experiences designed to prepare the next generation of foundry professionals and skilled-trade leaders.
