Return & Evaluation Policy

Unless otherwise authorized in writing by Anderson Foundries, castings associated with a quality claim must be returned to the producing Anderson Foundries facility for evaluation before a quality credit or replacement is approved. Do not return material until an RMA number and return instructions have been provided.

If Anderson Foundries confirms that the casting does not meet the applicable agreed specifications, Anderson Foundries will determine the appropriate disposition, which may include replacement, rework, credit, or another mutually agreed resolution.

If the casting is determined to meet the applicable agreed specifications, the claim will be denied. The customer will remain responsible for the full purchase price of the casting and for freight associated with shipment to Anderson Foundries and, if the casting is requested back, return freight to the customer.

Credit memos will not be issued solely based on a customer debit memo, deduction, email notification, or verbal claim. Quality-related credits require completion of the Anderson Foundries Quality Claim process and approval following evaluation of the reported nonconformance.
