Mold & Core Making
No-bake sand molds are produced. Shell cores are shot and assembled. Molds are inspected before close.

Melting & Pour
Aluminum is melted and spectrometer-verified before every pour. Degassing and flux treatment ensure clean metal.

Heat Treatment
T5, T6, and T7 heat treatment available in-house. Mechanical properties verified by tensile testing.

Inspection & Shipping
Dimensional inspection, spectrometer verification, and mechanical testing. PPAP documentation available.
